松田 龍太郎
Born in 1977 in Hirosaki, Aomori Prefecture. After graduating from Keio University's Faculty of Environment and Information Studies in 2003, joined NHK. As a news cameraman in Tokyo/Shibuya and Aomori, covered more than 800 stories — incidents, disasters, elections, and more.
Went on to work in advertising and film production before founding oiseau Inc. in 2010. Has supported the opening and renovation of more than 65 restaurants, and has run businesses of his own — taking over a greengrocer, selling alcohol, operating a café attached to a museum. After the Great East Japan Earthquake, took part in recovery support, and since 2017 has supported JETRO's overseas expansion projects.
Served as Associate Professor (full-time) at Tohoku University of Art & Design from 2022 to March 2026, and from that April has been a guest lecturer in the university's Food Culture Design Course. Also teaches as an adjunct lecturer at Keio University. Centred on “making the connection between people and food better,” he carries projects through end to end — from defining requirements to planning, execution, and post-launch support.
